Badriya Abdulla Al-Lenjawi, PhD, is an esteemed Qatari nurse leader with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in senior hospital operational management. As the Executive Director of Nursing at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), she has shown exceptional leadership in formulating effective strategies to elevate the quality of patient care while promoting shared responsibility and adherence to healthcare processes and protocols.
