About Georges
Georges obtained his Pharm D in 2000 from Saint Joseph University in Lebanon.
In addition, he holds a master’s degree in Cardiovascular Pharmacology from Claude-Bernard University, Lyon, France and an Executive MBA from Ecole Supérieure des Affaires, Lebanon. Georges has more than 20 years of professional experience in clinical research from big pharmaceutical companies and Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) in Lebanon and Switzerland, such as Merck Serono, Sanofi-Aventis, Quintiles and ClinTec International. He was one of the first clinical research professionals to manage Phase II and Phase III clinicaltrials in KSA and Lebanon. Starting October 2012, Georges became the Chief Executive Officer of his own CRO: Phoenix Clinical Research (Phoenix CR) covering the Middle East and North Africa region. In Feb 2021, Georges co-founded Balsam CR, a CRO specialized in the Saudi market.
